The competition is open to all school students in the Newcastle Local Government Area. Winning artworks will feature in a calendar celebrating active travel to school in Newcastle.

Note: because we will be using winning entries for a calendar, all artworks should be landscape orientation.

Infants School Category (K - Year 2)

• Artwork winner - $50 Eckersley's Art & Craft gift voucher

Primary School Category (Year 3 - 6)

• Artwork winner - $100 Eckersley's Art & Craft gift voucher
• Artwork runner up - $50 Eckersley's Art & Craft gift voucher

High School Category (Year 7 - 12)

• Artwork winner - $100 Eckersley's Art & Craft gift voucher
• Artwork runner up - $50 Eckersley's Art & Craft gift voucher

Six commendable artworks (from any category) will each receive a $30 Eckersley's Art & Craft gift voucher.
